I got "both" codes emailed to me (one can only be used in EQ and the other can only be used in EQII) on 3/10/09 after signing up on-line for a subscription on 3/3/09 (the day you posted this). Today I got my magazine... which ALSO had both codes in it (one for each game only). The items offered by signing up via on-line differ in no way from the items offered in the magazine. So.... what was benefit of signing up on-line? I'm trying to understand why "both" is italicized like this was somehow different than what the magazine itself was offering. How was this a special offer.... a unique offer? Basically I get roped into signing up for a full subscription just to get the same items I could have gotten from just buying this one month magazine off the newstand?

Good grief. This is just evidence that people here will complain about anything and everything under the sun.

Now go troll somewhere else before I go find all your whiny posts and mock them. I'm not JUST complaining..... I'm also looking for an answer!

I wasn't suckered into anything, the magazine is a fun read even without the extra goodies (particularly if you play multiple MMOs, or are just interested in the genre). My only complaint is that they don't publish monthly, and therefore have to wait two months to get my next fix.

/shrug
