need assassins help, returning player

<p>I am just returning to eq, I have a few hundred plat on my account.  I have a few question due to me not playing for over a year, I have been researching and I have had a little luck finding the info I am trying to obtain.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. </p><p>Question 1.  In the past, if I remeber correctly, I would use 2 longer delay weapons because this would help with procs. Is this correct, if not what "strategery" should I use?  What weapons?  Slashing or piercing, it does not matter, correct?</p><p>(Nevermind about question 1, I just read a great post on the forums.)</p><p>Question 2.   If memory serves me, you can use 3 poisons at the same time as long as they are of different types/colors?</p><p>Other than that, I just need to concentrate on getting my strenth as high as possible and then my intelligence or should agility come second?</p><p>Also, if anyone has any tips on the casting order I would love to try them out until I'm able to get back into the game, I want to gt my DPS up. </p><p>Thanks all</p>

<p>This is assuming you are level 80 with at least Adept 3s.</p><p>Get your Assassin Epic asap if you dont have it already.   Then maybe get in a guild that can get you your mythical.   You want 4.0 Delay weapons.  </p><p>On your casting order.   Use your Debuffs first, Mark, Dots.   Then go for your Concealment chain.   I have a little trick on Concealment.   I hit Masked Strike before Concealment for 2 reasons.   Reason one, it already puts me in stealth so I can automatically start hitting my backstabs.  Secondly, it lets me know that I am in the right position (behind the mob) so I dont have to waste a few seconds to reposition myself to get behind the mob.   So for me Masked Strike is a great Concealment chain starter and you will usually get big Follow Up mods out of it.</p>

<p>Actually, I am lvl 72 I have mostly masters but a couple adept 3s.  Thanks for the advice, I will purchase a couple of new weapons, the weapons I have now have a 1.6 delay.  My strength is around 790 self buffed, and int 450 agi around 300, I will get those up as well.</p>
