Returning bruiser...questions

<p>Just returning after 1 1/2 year layoff. Have a lvl 70 bruiser in mostly lvl 70 fabled raid gear. Used to I would offtank a bit in raids main tank an instance or 2 but mostly with all the plate tanks in guild ended up just DPS. What id like to know is..</p><p>1. Can bruisers still lay down decent DPS numbers and hows our tanking now?</p><p>2. What is the best DPS build atm and best tank build?</p><p>Thank you in advance with any help you can provide.</p>

<p>Tanking in the new expansions like RoK and TSO are tough. You have to get some decent gear. Once you get the gear, you can tank most of the zones. But some are really gonna be a tough slog for a normally equipt Bruiser.</p>
