PVP set up for lower levels

<p>I enrolled a brigand on pvp. With no mitigation debuffs until the 50's (im assuming) it doesn't seem like they come into their own until later. Whats the best set up for attack order? Also whats the best AA line to go down? I went down agi first for the positional root. Also does ruse work on spell dmg or only if someone is using melee attacks. I've used it against casters a few times but I dont think it worked.</p>

<p>Ruse only works on melee attacks...</p><p>And while it's true brigands start to really shine after they get mit debuff (for both pvp and pve). The number of stuns/root that prevents turning, and snares we get allows you quite a bit of fun.</p>
