<p>With respect to a ranger seeking a weapon.</p><p>Does the proc work from ranged attack? if not, can the proc be changed to "any attack"?</p><p>Since only the gloves are a usable HQ for rangers, can some ranged crit be added to this weapon to make it more useful?</p><p>Thanks.</p>
