<p>First of, sorry for the poor english that will follow, i m french !</p><p>I took time to test the changes on test server yesterday... So, SOE wants the paladin to be a single target tank. Ok, why not... when we are raiding... I can deal with this. i don't need amends so much for nexona, or tombs mobs anyway + i can get a decent group setup.</p><p>The idea is : Keep amends as it is ( a 41% transfer) but only usable in groups. and make us unable to use it when in a raid party. This way we ll be the Single target tank you want us to be (for raids), but we ll be able to tank group stuff.</p><p>Because honestly, we can t do anything in a group now unless we get the perfect pary setup, (coercer, dirge...). It s maybe not a problem on a high population server, but you have to face the fact that on most servers pick up groups are.. hmm... pretty much what you can get online...</p><p>Me and my close friends had been enjoying EQ2 for a long time now. My party is : Wizard, mystic, warden, Illusionist swash and myself (This group is close to 25K/35k Dps on multi target encounters). We tried Palace of ferzul and GUK3... Let s face it, we just can t do it anymore, just because i can never hold aggro. When i can understand you want us to be like this for raids, just give us something to be able to play when we are not raiding.</p><p>all the 6 of us were talking about quiting EQ2 after 2 hours on test... think of it.</p>

Your English is just fine... heck, it's better then some of the crap you see posted here <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I personally am not a fan of your idea. If you are unsuccessful in Guk3 with the way it works now, please feedback your problems. I think the main problem is that Amends is the staple of our Class. That is like telling Coercer's they can no longer Charm. It is just the way Paladin's have been. By NOT using our main feature in a raid, to me, is just a bad idea. The top players are on test and feedbacking and apparantly they ARE listening because I read in the Dev's corner that the fighter changes are on hold until they can further address the issues. By changing Amends in any way, we need to know how they are expecting us to hold aggro. Now, that may be through new taunts/arts, or adding bonus's to what we already have. Personally, I really hope that if the change takes place, we get some good bonus's they are trying out on Test. <p>well, i d rather keep it in raid as well hehe.</p><p>For the dev team, actualy, with this changes you have to change something in TSO advertissement details !</p><p>- Journey through more than 20 new zones, including the new overland zone, Innothule.*</p><p> * unless you are a paladin or a Guardian because you won t be able to tank half of them !</p><p>And i m juste speaking about the classes i know, I m not saying others (zerk, sks...) are fine either.</p><p>As long as this statement is true, this fighter update is nothing close to be good or ready.</p><p>Well anyway, I ll try again and feedback this evening, as you said. it s probably the brighter thing to do.</p>
