FPS Last Update

<p>Just wondering if anyone else has noticed a fairly decent FPS drop since the last little update. I was pulling around 110-120 FPS in the character screen, and after the little update dropped to 80-96. I use this character screen as a little benchmark. I noticed also, usually in my apartment, I am running around 75-85 FPS, now it is around the same 30 FPS drop and is around 50-60 FPS. Just wondering if any other FPS tweakers and benchmark freaks out there have noticed this drop? I have not changed any settings whatsoever. Here are my specs: 9800 GTX, 8 GB of RAM, AMD AM2+ 3.2GHZ Black Edition, and Windows Vista 64 Bit. Just wondering, because I had not changed anything whatsoever, and suddenly after the little update/patch loaded in, I noticed the 30 FPS drop....</p>

<p>I haven't noticed any changes in FPS since the last update.  Did you install anything else on your computer around the time the issue started occuring?  It might be worthwhile to disable any extra background applications to make sure one isn't interferring with the game.  To disable background programs:1. Select the START button.2. Select RUN, then type in "msconfig" (for Vista, type msconfig in the search bar at the bottom of the Start Menu)3. Press OK4. Select the STARTUP tab.5. In the list, uncheck all boxes EXCEPT for SCANREGISTRY and SYSTEM TRAY. If you use Windows XP, please note that SCANREGISTRY and SYSTEM TRAY will not be listed - just uncheck the entire list.6. Hit apply and then OK. Restart the computer and try the game again.</p>
