launch pad freezing at patcher initializing.. and right side is all white

<p>I get to the launcher, checks all my files fine, goes to Patcher Initializing....... never goes on from that. Also, I can't read anything on the right side where I used to, it's just blank and white.</p><p>Any thoughts?</p><p>Thanks,</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>This sounds like a firewall or antivirus issue.  Are you using any security software on your computer?  Sometimes an antivirus/firewall will block our programs after an update since the file size has changed.  You can usually correct the problem by removing the game from the firewall's exception list before adding it back on.  If you have an antivirus then you might want to disable it temporarily while trying to run the game.  Let us know if the problem persists.</p>
