Paladin aa Enhance: Penitent Sacrament broken?

<p>I had enough points to put a third point into Enhance: Penitent Sacrament, and found it didn't change the reuse time as it should; it was stuck at the previous reuse time. I reset my aa and tried again, but still, it only let my reuse time get down to 45 seconds with the second point. I have the str aa line completed, which gives a 10% reduction on reuse times, so without the aa, my reuse time is at 1m 22s; with one point, it removes 20s, putting at 1m 2s, and then another 20s on the second point only gets it to 45s, not 42s.</p><p>Is there a cap on how far the reuse will get down to?</p>

<p>On any spell you are capped to half the reuse time, so a 90 second recast spell will only go down to a 45 second recast spell.  This was /bugged /feedbacked many many times in beta TSO and nothing was changed, if you want to toss points into it be careful you dont waste your AA's...<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>Ideally this should be changed to increase the ward ammount of prayer.  A reduction in ruuse of the heal is not required now.</p><p>Also the end heal is rubbish imho, the end line instead should instead increase the base healing of the Paladin for it to even compete with the cure line.</p>
