Checked my bank statment and can see 9.49GBP taken by sony on 18/2 but still im on trial account.Im starting to lose patience the customer service seems awful , no ingame gm to speak to , call tech support they work PST time im in UK...

The money that is missing from your bank account is being held by the bank. Banks will typically do that after a charge declines for any reason. It usually takes 2-4 business days before they will add the money back onto your card.

I would advise calling or chatting with our tech support so that we can try to look up the specific reason the card declined. Generally speaking, though, make sure to check for the things listed below:

1.) Discrepancies in your billing address – Please contact your bank and verify that your name, address, state, and zip code identically match on their system. 2.) Invalid Expiration Date – Verify that your expiration date is correct.3.) Invalid Credit Card Number – Verify with your credit card company that your credit card number has not changed.4.) Insufficient Funds – If you have exactly $15.00 on your credit card and are trying to charge $14.95 for a monthly subscription, they system may deny your request. A $14.95 charge initially becomes a $15.95 due to our $1.00 pre-authorization charge. The $1.00 pre-authorization charge is a simple test to validate your credit card. Sony Online does not receive the $1.00. All pre-authorization charges are kept by your bank and usually are released in 5 business days. 5.) Credit card does not accept online transactions – Verify that your credit card company accepts online transactions.6.) Credit card does not accept recurring transactions – Verify that your credit card company accepts recurring payments.
