Ice Flame: level 35 Wizzy spell...

<p>  Let me start out by saying that I have read the previous posts. I received Ice Flame automatically at level 35 as an Apprentice I. I would like to upgrade this but my level 37 Sage doesn't have the recipe and he has all of the books. Does anyone know where I can get the recipe?</p>
