Cannot Select North American Servers

<p>Hey,</p><p>I started the Free Trial on Feb 5th and bought the game last night from the sony station.  But during the trial I only had 2 EU servers open to me and still that is all that is open to me.  I've been told that there is a Continent selection when you start the launcher before you accept the ToS and I see where it belongs but it is unresponsive when I attempt to click it.  How can I get to the US servers so I can play with some friends who are in game?</p>

<p>That usually indicates some kind of problem with the version of internet explorer that you're using.  You might want to try updating IE to the latest version.</p><p>You can also change the region manually in one of the settings files.  If you look in your Everquest 2 directory you should see a lp_options.xml file.  Open it with note pad and the first line should have a spot that says this:</p><p>LP_REGION_EN_EU</p><p>Change it to say this:</p><p>LP_REGION_EN_US</p><p>That should change it to the US region</p>

When you get your first terms and conditions window open , check the top right hand corner for a drop down box, this should allow you to change regions
