Stuck in Trial Account. How to I get out?

<p>So, three weeks ago I downloaded the free trial of EQ II  and decided after the trial was over that I would continue playing.  I purchased the subscription online last Wednesday.  On Friday, I phoned Technical Support to inquire why my account hadn't been activated yet - turns out there was an error on the account name and was fixed promptly. </p><p>But, my account is still set to Trial.  My banking account has been charged the appropriate amount of money, my subscription status shows as "Pending" and when I log into EQ II I'm playing under a Trial Account. </p><p>Am I being impatient with the amount of time this should take?  Or is there another problem that I'm just not understanding? </p><p>Please help!</p><p>William</p>

<p>You said you purchased the subscription last wednesday but did you purchase the software? To my knowledge in order in order to move from trial to subscription you must have 2 things. 1 Subscription - which you do have. 2. a Copy of the game with a CD key. Either gotten from a retail store or digital download.</p><p>To sum it up i dont think you can go from trial to subscription without buying the software as well. If I am incorrect by all means correct me.</p>

<p>Hrmmm......</p><p>When I try to buy the game, it wants me to buy a subscription . . . which I already have.  And, as I recall, I don't believe I was ever given the option to purchase the game while buying the subscription.  I'll keep searching for a option to buy the game only . . .</p><p>William</p>

If I am incorrect by all means correct me.</p></blockquote><p>While it used to work that way, you don't need to buy the software any more when upgrading from the trial to a full account.  When upgrading you will automatically be granted the base game and all of the expansions up to and including Rise of Kunark.</p><p>I can't be sure exactly what happened in this case without looking at the account.  Please PM me with the station name and I'll check to see why it is still in a trial state.</p>
