View Full Version : Group Mentoring?

I'm looking to mentor up with a friend, but am also looking to start off with my fiance. Is it possible for my friend to mentor us both up at the same time?

When she dings, everyone switches to you. That way you stay relatively equal in level.

Yes, it is possible for multiple group members to mentor down to the same person.

could it be that the OP is misunderstanding mentoring? If so, note that the mentor goes DOWN to the level of the person they mentor, and so if a group is all the same level, someone higher mentoring one of the group members will come down to the same level as the group.

Kind of a pain, but it will do.

shaunfletcher wrote:

could it be that the OP is misunderstanding mentoring? I've read there is an XP bonus for the person being mentored, so I was wanting to know if it is possible for one person to mentor two people at the same time so they can both receive the XP bonus.

Yeah, a group mentoring feature would be neat. A mentoring system that would make sure that everyone stayed the same level and gave an XP bonus to the lowest level character or split the bonus equally between the lowest level characters if they were the same level. Where you didn't have to mentor any particular target but have the group leader switch it on.

I think the devs probably have their hands full at the moment but it would be a good feature for some time in the future.
