<p>This is a very sad day for mystics. Out of all the things in our AA, Ancestry was by far my favorite thing. I am really sad to see that this ability is obsolete now, due to the introduction of this line into most of the decent items. I really wish they would let Ancestry effect these items, since it Directly targets only a single player, unlike group-wide proc effecting spells.</p>

<p>Not really. This doesn't improve proc chances by 3%. It adds 3% to a proc chance.</p><p>If an item has a proc chance of 3%, then an additional 3% is a 100% improvement.</p>
