Zoning Issue

<p>Ok last night while I was traveling by Griffon in Antonica I locked up and when I tried to log the same character back in was told Ialready had a character in the world.   took about 1 hour to get back in finally...now today I'm zoning from TS to BB and I get booted out.  I go to take the very same character back into the game and am again getting the message that there is already a character in this world...... What is up?????????  Sunday home kids with relatives and I can't play now........</p>

<p>Generally, this type of issue usually indicates a problem with the modem or router.  One of those 2 is maintaining a connection to our servers even though you have disconnected.  I would advise bypassing the router just to see whether or not it is the problem.  If so, then you'll probably want to see if that router has any firmware updates available online. </p>
