SK - Malevolent Protection AA - Bug & Suggestion

<p>I tried this AA just to see if it really did much of anything.  I was fairly underwhelmed to say the least.  Regardless, the AA is bugged as well as undepowered.</p><p><strong>BUG:</strong></p><p>It does proc off of block, the small damage amount is applied but the heal portion of the lifetap does not.  The heal portion of this AA is not working at all.  After hours of tanking, the damage proc'd many times but the heal did not go off once.</p><p><strong>SUGGESTION:</strong></p><p>Up the proc % as you put more points into the AA, in a similar fashion to how the Inq Fanatical Devotion AA works.  Make it 20% per rank, 5 possible ranks, with the progressively higher lifetap & taunt as it is live.  Even at 100% proc rate, it is still underpowered.</p>

<p>Verified that this AA is not working and submitted a bug report last month.  Still havent seen it in the patch notes so I assume it's still broken.  Problem is not many SKs on live have bothered to take this AA cause it is so bad hence there probably arent a lot of complaints about it being broken.</p>

<p>proc damage off a block is probably weak as it was intended to be, much as the proc on block AAs are for warriors, which we just did not take the AA instead of complaining about how weak it was.</p>
