<p>everytime when i start the game i got a blackscreen.i can see the mouse moving and i can hear the music and all but the screen is black...anyone knows what this could be?</p>

<p>well deleted the ini file...that didnt work...any other suggestions</p>

<p>As a first step I would advise uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics card drivers.  It is giving an error indicating that the drivers aren't signed, but that may or may not mean something based on how Windows verifies that info.</p><p>Are you using any kind of firewall or antivirus on that system?  In many cases this problem is caused by an antivirus such as Norton or Mcafee.</p>

<p>well i use norton....i can try to disable that and try it again...let me first try to uninstall the drivers</p>

<p>nop still aint working...i also get the windows logo thingy when i try to instal the drivers but i very doubt it that that could be the problem...because the game has worked once...but then after a computer reset it freezes up again so the problem must be somewhere in the game</p>

<p>Do you play any other games on that computer and are they experience any similar issues if so?  You might want to try runing a graphics stress test like 3dmark to see how it performs under heavy load.  If you notice errors during the test it could help us locate the problem.</p>

<p>Ok il say it once, i got the same probleme, each time i press start the screen come and i hear music and nothing happen....</p><p>i found a solution for myself that might work for other, i got 2 friend who as same problem and its solve now</p><p>xfire somehow just frak the start with is pop up or whatever, if i start without it all is fine.</p>
