<p>Yup found out yesterday But I will like to add it did nothing on my Sinister Strike which is one I would like to see the most. I found this out becouse I wrote all the damages before I put my 2 points into Precision Striking and then wrote the results after and Sinister Strike did not change at all.</p>

<p>Is Sinister Strike regarded as a spell or a combat art?</p><p>The cloak only effects combat arts. So it's possible Sinister strike is regarded as a spell.</p>
