<p>Would be really nice to see a change on the effect. The 15% base to enfeeblement is great but the 20 sec reduction needs changed, it screws with all the timing. A 30 sec reduction would be ideal because of our other 1 min recast attacks. Please take this into though.</p><p>Thanks Blindside</p>

<p>it works ok, can adapt pretty well using other ca's.  it comes around soon enough on the longer fights thta it is back in rotation 1 in 3 double up combo's.  if they change it back to a minute who's to say they will put something else in to replace it.</p><p>/shrug .. anyways it can be worked with, just adapt</p>

<p>The day that someone in SoE wakes up and understands what on earth are they are doing, is the day we see these weird timer reductions gone!</p><p>Remember back in EoF, Set pants took 20 seconds of Restrain, back then a lot of people used to commonly use dbl up MA & Restrain... already back then people asked that SoE shouldn't mess about with Brig CA timers unless they half em!</p><p>RoK comes, and BP get's Clock timer reduction of 25 sec ... not that bad, since most people have changed to DU Rake, Dis & Devi ...</p><p>They do it with every set, and everytime no one is to happy about it ... yet another proof of how well SoE listens to us!</p>
