Are you connecting from a University or military base? The IP address your getting, 10.1.1.1, is usually used by large public institutions and can cause problems with the game. After trying to log in does it take you back to character select or desktop?

The 9500m is compatible with the game but you'll probably need to run the game in one of the lower quality modes.

As mentioned in the previous post the non-routable block of IP addresses that you are using are normally used by organizations with a abundance of machines attached to their private network. It almost appears as if you are using a VPN tunnel.

Did you run the tracert when you where directly connectd to your modem? If so what brand modem is it?
