Hi, i am ignorant of shaman...... i am trying to get all my info straight; so mystics can turn into bears and they have a pet dog? Is it a dog or wolf and is it that white ghost dog or something else? Also, the bearform, are you a hairy little pig or really a bear?

Mystics get a bear form at lvl 20, It provides some str, and hps and with the right aa's a damage proc

It looks like a bear. Most mystics hide the illusion.

SHAMANS get a wolf pet from thier shaman aa line.

Mystics wolf = white transllucent spirit pet

Defiler wolf = solid black.

Other than that there is no difference i know of.

Ahh, so the mystic get the spirit wolf. I have never seen the black defiler wolf. Any idea if wardens get an animal form too or pet? Oh, do mystics buff or debuff more and are their buffs more melee oriented?

having never played a defiler i have no real basis to base this on but my understandign is SHAMANS are buffers/debuffers and warders.

Mystics gett slightly better buffs and defiler get slight better debuffs. And yes Shamans primarly buff melee stats, str, hps, ect.
