Is the Harmonious Blood Mail set worth it?

<p>What the title says, Is the Harmonious Blood Mail set worth it? Looks like a complete set will cost about ~1.5pp an item, but is it really worth it?</p><p>It seems that the stats are not as good as other items. Just wondering what your guys take on that. I am solo so most my gear ends up coming from the broker</p><p>Thanks!</p>

<p>The cool thing on that set was the 8% increased runspeed with Selos for the 6 piece bonus.</p><p>The reason I never went with it was because you'd have to take off your JBoots to get the 6 piece bonus, making it a -2% runspeed modifier overall.</p><p>Stick with mastercrafted.</p>
