Threat to target

<p>What does threat to target mean, as a guardian I have a lot of commands that say this. Also is there a good guide on character deveopment and achievement. (where to put my points)</p>

<p>Threat to target means attention/hate/aggression to the target.  Skills that increase your threat to target (normally called taunts) help you retain the attention of the creature you are fighting.  It just so happens that they are increasing these taunts substantually in the next update. </p><p>As for your achievement points, most people are waiting to see these taunt changes come through to redistribute their points.  It is likely the point allocation will change with this next update.  Until the update, it is best to put your points in things that help your damage, such as criticals and double attacks.</p>
