<p>the ghost bear casts small heals in a very small radius (5m iirc), quite handy if you are in a scout group and whacking on the mob to get up the hp again.</p><p>Its very cheap on the power side, still it has rather limited use imo (but i cast it often, just in case <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />)</p><p>recast .. uff, no clue here, but it can be reduced by APs in the mystic tree.</p>
