Milyex: A problem?

<p>Currently on live, Milyex Vioren (VP) has a buff called emotional clarity, which makes her (him?) immune to all taunts. With the tanking changes, I think this needs a quick check to see if it's still killable by progressing guilds. Nobody enjoys a giant rampaging dragon running around killing all your DPS! And if it's intended that this be another Tactician's Armor fight, the mobs hits need to be toned down a tad.</p><p>Just a heads up before a roadblock is accidentally created with the next update!</p>

<p>Isnt Milyex the easy fight where you kill the diffrent gem pillars ruby emerald and such I doubt it will be any harder.</p>

<p>There's at least one encounter in group instances that has the same buff (immune to taunts)--the drake in Nurga, I think? </p>

<p>There are other encounters both immune to taunt, have taunt penalties, or are managed strictly by dps.</p><p>Fighter offensive stance should never = hate immunity</p>

<p>Phara Dar returns some errors to the effect that taunts don't work on her, though I don't recall a buff on her that does it.</p><p> It seems like hate position tools do work - like rescue, recapture, reinforce etc.</p>

<p>You should only have your MT group on Milyex anyway. Our MT group burns that sucker down quick.</p>

<p>Our guild just got into Wing 2 and killed Milyex like he was a trash mob.  Saw the buff in his window but tank had no issues with aggro (we used a pally with cheater amends though).</p>

<p>Well considering right now your Swashbuckler, or Assassin has their hate transfer on the tank, the tank really doesn't need much hate to begin with, does he?</p><p>These changes may force the Swashbuckler to tank this mob(s). <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/97ada74b88049a6d50a6ed40898a03d7.gif" border="0" /></p>
