<p>The neck item from tyrannis called silvered link chain is being upgraded to have 6da and a nice proc with damage and 8% ranged + melee crit for 15 seconds. Is there any way to get 6 ranged double attack on this neck in addition to the 6 double attack so that it is even for rangers as well? Most of the items have equal amounts to ranged amounts and melee amounts (with their related buffs). Following that line of itemisation, perhaps this one was missed.</p><p>Also, there is another neck that drops from the same name which has 4 double attack and 4 melee crit, but it changing into 6 double attack and the same proc as the silvered link chain. The 2nd neck i am referring to is Murky Gemstone choker. Since these 2 items are identical in every way, besides the parry and slashing on the link chain. There is + to piercing on the Gemstone instead of the 6 parry and 6 slashing. This seems to be another item that is overlooked. It has 6 da again (no 6 ranged da) and the same proc. It's basicly 2 off the same neck dropping of the same mob.</p><p>An earring from the switchmaster which has 5 melee crit and haste seems out of place aswell, this could use 5 ranged crit aswell to make it useful for rangers.</p>
