Stuck in EU servers

<p>I am a returning player with toons on Antonia Bayle server, I just downloaded the game and patched up and cannot access my old characters!</p><p>I read on the forum to go to EULA screen and change country but the drop down box has nothing listed, and isnt letting me change anything, please help!</p>

<p>Try using the launchpad available here:</p><p><a href="http://launcher.station.sony.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://launcher.station.sony.com/</a></p><p>Once you have logged in you will want to open the options, select language, then choose the English option next to the American flag.  That should allow you to play on the US servers.</p>
