<p>Dagger of the Ethernaut Magus is still broken on Test. On successful hostile spell it has chance to proc Fury 1.8 times per minute for 1228 mental dmg.  </p><p>The dagger is currently procing at a much lesser rate.  Parse shows over 7 mins of combat that Fury of the Void Walker went off 5 times, landed 3 for a total of 12.60 dps.  (0.7 times per minute)</p><p>In comparison, Act of Survival from Accord Badge, a Legendary reward that players can attain in less than an hour, landed 12/14 swings, for a total of 11.81 dps.</p><p>This is one of the 'Signature' rewards of the expansion right?</p>
