<p>I'm talking about the non-repeatable TSO quests like "Sunny Side Up", in Veksar: Sunken Theater.</p><p>My Troubie is 75th level. He can get all of these non-repeatable "side quests", EXCEPT for the ones in Everfrost. All of those require character level 80.</p><p>This makes no sense to me, since I can get all of the side quests from Guk, LP, LS, Nu'Roga, Vek, Kor-Sha, & CL ... but the ones from EF <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">alone</span></strong> require character level 80???</p>
