I've tried every hostile spell, melee attacks, and even spamming beneficial spells. Nothing can get this to proc or there is no spell icon in the "Maintained" or "Spell Effects" Windows.</p><p>EDIT: I removed all other gear that has a proc on it and it still doesn't proc.</p>
