Why are all Servers not listed

<p>I bought the game to play with a friend, he's on Drinal, that server is not listed as one that I can create a Character on.  Why? and how do I get to it so I can play with my friend?</p>

Select the region there. If you are using the beta station launcher, I believe you need to make sure it is set to US english for the language</p>

I only know the server I play on in eq1, never paid attention to the others....</p>
