will the new hate system get rid any of my pally's AOEs?

<p>As far as i can make out with the new hate system, tank have been split into 2 groups, ones that specialiise in single targets and those which specialise in multiple targets. So now that pally specialise in single targets doe this mean i'll be losing some AOEs? Personally i would have though a pally would be better at being a multi target tank than a SK, or am i wrong?</p>

<p>the funny thing is that for SOE guards, paladins and monk are single target tanks while zerk, SK and bruiser are multi target tanks but paladins have more AoEs than bruisers ...</p><p>what's the logic behing that???</p>

The monk can tank multitargets as well, just the bruiser has the edge on multitargets.</p><p>What you have to understand, ist that AOE is no longer supposed to be a main part of hate. The taunts will be the main source of hate past patch. Damage will be the smaller part of your hate.</p>
