Paladin- Clarion not working

<p>Maybe i'm wrong, but wasn't they skill supposed to be working now through stuns and stifles? because from what i saw on test i couldn't use it through stunsstifles.</p><p>Plz review it and see what's happening before it goes to live.</p>
