Hey guys,

I have a question for any of you paladins on test that have done grouping. My paladin is currently an alt of mine in the raid guild (VP) I am in. So he is a legendary geared tank. Currently I usually group with 2 mythical assassins, a defiler, bruiser/enchanter and 1 other person (DPS/Dirge/2nd Healer). I can hold aggro against these characters for the most part (sometimes control affects cause problems on pulls).

For the paladins who have grouped on test and are around my gear level, have you had a chance to tank for mythical/raid geared characters? How did it go? What sort of problems did you have?

Currently, there aren't many "active" tanks in our guild (they are moving) so I have stepped up to help the guild run instances for shards, loot and masters. I hope to be able to continue to do this without too much of a problem. So I have made this post to get an idea of how this will affect my situation.

Thanks for answering my question.

As I recall, there was a poster (somewhere on the forums here, but can't point out the specific one in the blizzard of posts about GU51) who said he was able to hold aggro on test against a mythed DPS class (a Warlock or Wizard, I think), and he was in legendary with a few instance fabled pieces. But really, how well you'll specifically do can't be generalized; it's something that you'd need to test using your gear, and your playstyle. You can always /testcopy and get some of your friends in your guild to come along and see how it works out.

Based on what you said and my play style/skill, I look to be in good shape before actual playing.
