Old EQ2 Account linked to the new STEAM EQ2

<p>Have the game already, wanting to use it through Steam instead of the station launcher without having to pay for it AGAIN.  I've found it easier to just have all my games and accounts linked under 1 "profile".</p><p>If anyone's got any info on whether or not this is possible, would be appreciated</p>

<p>i have not had any success with this.</p><p>cannot link the key from the account to steam (so it doesnt show up as a purchased game) and the steam overlay does not work for me when i associate it with everquest2.exe.</p><p>you are able to add it as a "shortcut" but you cant download the client from steam like this.</p><p>anyone have tips on getting the steam overlay to work?</p>
