I think this is ment to be change to offensive stances. It probably should read as

Fighter offensive stance will no longer let you apply threat or hate position gains.

This change should allow fighters to tank in offensive stance for small groups and still hold agro.

I took it to mean that CAs like Rescue won't work in Offensive Stance.

I don't know how in the world a fighter could possibly tank in offensive after GU51. Well, atleast I won't be able to. I already don't parse higher than any of my regular group I play with nightly... assassin, illy, ranger, necro. They all outparse me (monk) and now all my taunts won't work. I assume Dragon Rage won't work either.

I don't really have any problem with it. I'll tank in defensive, and as long as I can keep agro, then fine. I just don't see how anyone could tank in offensive... well, except for my Sk friend that always outparses the rest of us, even the illy and assassin who are the next highest parsers. SK usually does 5k - 7k when he is MT in group. So, yeah, he could just stay in offensive and not use his taunts, which he rarely does currently anyway.
