I'm experiencing a very annoying glitch when I'm riding my horse and go into water. My horse goes away automatically, but the screen starts jumping up and down whenever I change my target or cast a spell.

It's like during casting I'm sitting on my horse (height-wise) and the next moment I'm not, so the camera keeps jumping up and down. This is annoying and makes fighting difficult in tight spots.

Is the problem with my computer or are others experiencing this as well? I tried to use search, but couldn't find any topics about this. I didn't have this glitch when I last played, a year ago...

There's been some discussion lately about the screen shaking when certain - only very few - spells are cast, such as when a conjuror drops rocks out of the sky, and which has always been the case with no option to disable it, but I don't recall anything like you're describing.

You might want to change your graphics drivers and ensure your DX is fully up-to-date, and then see if it still happens. If it does, then please post your DX Diag here and hopefully someone will spot something.

Thank you for the replies and confirmation that I wasn't the only one with this problem.

I suppose this has a rather low priority since it can be avoided by getting off your mount during underwater fights.
