Where to find Tranquil Vision M1

<p>I'm fully mastered except for Tranquil Vision, the level 60 hate transfer ability.  I raid a lot, and the current Adept three is the equivalent of a 15% boost in avoidance for our MT, so I'de really like to get the M1 for the sake of increased survivability for her.  However, in about four months of looking, I've never seen it on the broker.  I have two questions--the first is, as a level 60 master, should I be looking in KoS or in DoF zones for this ability.  Also, are there any zones in these two areas which smartloot masters?  It seems as though no one else is going to loot this thing--been looking for months and never seen it listed on the broker--so I'de like to know if its possible to farm it myself.</p>

<p>Hah, I have been doing the same Vinka, on AB too!</p><p>I tried some farming, but not alot of joy there either. I have never seen it on the broker, not even for astronomical amounts of plat <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Guess I need to find a guildee with an appropriate level toon and farm some more..if only was "fun"</p>

<p>I have done maybe 8-10 mentored runs through TSO instances, and I don't recall seeing any masters.  Small sample size, though.</p>

The drop rate for that skill is very low. Too low if you ask me... it's an important upgrade, but very rarely will you see it available on the broker or even harder to farm it if you're looking to actually loot it.
