<p>Just went over to test and murderous design is a self buff now im ok with it but i dont get is with the proc that decreases threat 920-1380 also has a hate gain on it of7% so if this spell procs i decrease threat but my hate gain goes up ???</p>

<p>Going by its discription, that is a simple bug. It should be -8% hate, not +8% hate.</p>
