Can't seem to change regions

<p>Ok, so I am only seeing EU servers in my list. I looked for a solution and it says to change the region in the drop down box on the EULA. I've found the drop box but when I click on it nothing happens. I don't see any text in the drop box and when I click the arrow on the right hand side it doesn't even drop down. Any Ideas?</p><p>Oh, I have the digital download version you get with the free trial.</p>
