if you havn't already, post it in the items forum, and pm Fyre, since this is something he should be made aware of, and since it's similar to the OHL, shouldn't be too hard for him to deal with

If it's not, will do.</p><p>Easy for a fury to say it shouldn't proc off of wards or reactives, but why should those whose primary heals are direct benefit more than those whose primary mode of healing is via wards/reactives?</p>
