Just so you folks at SOE know, something is still borked with your login servers. The forums are back (obviously), but any attempt to login to the game results in an "unknown error" or a timeout.

Kirstie posted that they're aware of the login server issues and are "working on it". Were the net techs playing paintball in the server room again?

Im not entirely confident that SoE knows theres a problem (Bazaar had a week long issue SoE "didnt know about") I tried calling the customer support line to tell an actual person there was an issue rather than hoping theres some GM trolling the forums. Well the phone rang once and then it was dead. Tried 2 or 3 times, same thing every time. They probably got VOIP or something...

I was finally able to reach the patcher but can't log in because "There was a problem accessing ym account information". When I try to go to the support page I get a timeout in the browser...

I have managed to get past log in servers to the "play" screen; however, the next error is "there was a problem accessing your account info." If this persists, contact customer service.

I bet you don't want us all calling in, so how about an another update on the latest.

Well they are still having issues if you havent noticed te forum wonkiness wtill going on... Take a peek at the people logged into the forums... see all the white names? lol

I was kicked from the game and cant get in. I knew the forums were down and we all assumed that the log in servers were down as well. I was keeping my character where she was cause I was afraid to zone... lol. Then I was booted...*giggles*

At least the forums are up!

Was not able to log in. Timed out error, then when I did get to updates page got a message to contact Customer support if prob Persists.

Anyways it would seem that this was not just an EQ2 prob but a SOE Game wide prob. I had same error Messages trying to get into SWG as well. Tryed Statio launcher...same messages. Oh well!

This can happen since the login information is stored on multiple servers. Different accounts will access different servers when performing the initial login(also while zoning). Since those will go on one at a time, the servers may be accessible by some and not others at first. The same can be said for different services coming on sequentially.

Everything should be corrected at this point, though. Please let me know if the issue still persists for anyone.
