New Assassin in need of advice for AAs. There doesn't seem to be any updated guide on our AAs, at least none I can see that contain suggestions.

I played way back in the day and just recently came back to find this game is so much better now. I restarted my Assassin (the old one was only 25 anyway) and have now started gathering some AAs. I am a bit overwhelmed as far as what I should be doing for my playstyle. I predominantly solo, but group when needed/have time. The paths all look like they have things I would use, which makes me think I am not focusing in what I should be doing. Where should I be putting these points into?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance...

As far as what to get first that depends on if you're a PvE or PvP Assassin. Generally though I'd suggest the STR, AGI, and INT line for predator, Front Load, Excessive Bleeding, and Repeated Stabbing for Assassin, then the TSO aa's I'd leave up to you. Glad you picked Assassin though and hope you stick with it.

Oh and by the way...Kerra Assassins > all others (true story)

Don't believe a word they say.

Everyone knows the true masters of the shadows are the Teir'Dal. All other races are inferior. If you want to play an inferior race...go ahead. It's your funeral.

On topic, I went STR first, then INT. Strength improves your DPS and INT is good for poisons.

I suddenly have this mental image of an Ogre assassin posing as a school girl to get close to a target. >.<

Well always Max your CRITS...since I'm rocking PvP armor and decent jewlery, I can offset the initial STR to 4 points and also since I reside on a PvP server I need to keep my parry fairly high...However I could see going 6 points in STR and putting only 4 in parry. I don't hide my toon like some PvPers do, so if you want, just look my toon up on EQ2 players. Just search Best In Class and Assassins and look under Most PvP kills, I'm number 2 WW

Ratonga assassins are the best of course. Ogres are fat and slow and kerras are to weird looking, especially the males they look like human + cat + gorrilla.
