100% Heal Crit, Not?

<p>I have been having more and more raids with less then 100% heals critting when at 100-110% crits.</p><p>I have also been noticing single target direct heals sometimes not completeing the heal but setting a recast timer.</p><p>Has anyone else been noticing the same?</p>

<p>It will end up being like the 5% breakable root that breaks 8 out of 10 times or the 100% double attack that doesn't DA every 4th or 5th hit.</p>

<p>take a look at the parse to see what never crits. Or is never listed as a crit.</p><p>Off the top of my head rune etched helm, shield of faith and sacrifice do not list as crits - even if they do actually crit</p>

I will cast either of my single target heals, but the persons health does not move, but my recast timer gets set. This has happened in and out of combat.</p>
