Launchpad Error please help

<p>Ok i installed everquest 2 the shadow odyssey , im brand new, and when i double click everquest 2 , it loads some and then an error pops up and says "Could not run LaunchPad. Please reinstall from <a href="http://launchpad.s">http://launchpad.s</a>tation.sony.com"i dont get it because ive downloaded it from disks, im new to this game, ive got no clue what that means, id apreciate some help.</p>

<p>If you are using Vista, right click on the icon and select run as administrator.</p>

In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. In the "Compatibility Mode" area check the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"5. In the drop down list make certain that "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" is selected.6. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.7.
