I have a lvl 80 beserker and i'd like to know the best spells and stuff to drop my stuff in. I do my fare share in pretty much everything. i go to raids with my guild and try my best to push out DPS, i go to instances and tank sometimes, and i also do some soloing. I would just like to know what would be the best way to spend my AA points. If you could tell me i would really appreciate it. You could just type it all out or put up a screenshot, which ever is best. I'd like to get information an ALL AA tress if possible. Thank you so much.

In the KOS tree, the traditional buckler build (STR/STA/INT) is still a good one. If you want to main-tank, put 8 points into STR 4th ability and as much as you can into the 4th STA and INT abilities, pare back on the damage-dealing parts. I went STR 4-4-4-8, STA 6-4-4-8-2, INT 6-4-4-8-2 (extra INT for procs). For off-tanking I'd pare STR back to 4-4-8, pare STA and INT 4th down to 4 points, and pour points into the 3rd STA and 2nd and 3rd INT abilities to boost damage output.

In the EOF tree, for MT I'd concentrate on the Bulking and Perserverance lines, for OT I'd go for more Debilitation and Cyclone lines. In the TSO tree for MT I'd go for those abilities that either improve taunts or defensive stances, for OT damage and offensive stance. Myself, I'd probably mix-and-match, for OT keep the MT KOS build while shifting emphasis a bit in the EOF and TSO trees rather than going entirely one way or the other.

Thanks man, very helpful

i'm just going to have to take some time and try to mix and match cuz like i said, i do a bit of each, so i'll have to mix the MT and the OT you said.

but thank you a bunch =]

AA respecing mirrors will alow you to do dps and tanking versions. just need 40k faction with TS people or find someone to make one for you, will need to be comissioned though as there no trade

Tbh i never used and with this rate never will use AA mirror on my berserker, since there really isn't that much choices to do.

I only use mine for testing WIS spec vs STA spec.

Went back to my WIS spec last night and I must say it still does work well imo. Even dps with my STA spec and better agro control imo

Havn't made any changes to my spec since I started...I've tested out a few different things in the EoF tree just to see if Perservance made any big difference but ended up going back to gut roar.

perseverence might be a little bit better once the tank changes are put in, it being a 45second =/- 15 second proc it is a push with what we had before with our regen, regen at least was across the board and not a "save" type of ability. both are hard to see if they really help at all but perseverence will be a 15 second buff instead of 45 seconds with a 15 second gap between when it would recast(a bug).

i use perseverence right now (pre lu51) and it powns face. It is not 45sec right now. Its up every 10-15 sec.

Should we now look to put 8 pts in STR 4 after the changes?

I tried it on test the other day and really didn't see a big jump in taunt crit compared to when I only had 3 points in it, but then I only was on test for a half hour running with a ranger killing stuff in KC.

I would say it will be very necessary, although I'd wait to change it on live until the update is released. I'm not sure where the points would be sacrificed from. I think my mirror is going to be switching to DPS spec, vs Tank spec at this point. tank spec will be something like:

STR 4-4-8-8STA 4-4-8WIS 4-8-8-2-2INT 4-1

..OR..

STR 4-4-8( 5 )-8STA 4-4-8-5( 8 )INT 4-4-6-8-2

first one i would consider better for grouping, the second is probably better for raiding. The ( ) represent where you could swap points. more shield effectiveness might be > than extra MC since theres a lot of crit on shard armor and tanking has less focus on DPS anyway. The higher block chance (if you have the TSO aa adding hate on block) could result in greater agro generation than extra melee crits.

dps spec is most likely

STR 4-4-8STA 4-4-8WIS 4-4-5INT 4-8-8-2-2EOF tree would have bulking and the CA's/aoe's maxed for extra dmgTSO tree would have all points in the diff attacks (inc base damage and crit amount)

I'm having good luck with this for tanking:

STR 4-4-4-8

STA 6-4-4-8-2

INT 6-4-4-8-2

Survivability from STA and INT 4th, hate from STR 4th, a little extra STA for hit points and INT for procs, and the STA and INT end-line abilities are just too good to give up. Throw the extra point anywhere you want. I give up DPS, but damage isn't my primary concern when I'm tanking. For off-tanking I'd probably use:

STR 4-4-8

STA 4-4-8-6-2

INT 4-6-8-5-2

Shift one point from INT 4th to 2nd and 2 points from STA 4th to 2nd if desired, depending on how much you need survivability if you have to take over for the MT.
