<p>+block is a broken effect as of the changes in TSO. items with +Block effects add extemely small amounts of aviodance when equipted. +1Block = .2% aviod, obviously a overlooked mechanic cuz many of the once best items in game for tanks had it, but took a big nerf when they lost the effect, such as:</p><p>Barbute of the Wrathbringer</p><p>Trak Sheild</p><p>EoF Signiture Fable Sword</p><p>Could these be updated to the current mechanic of +Sheild Effectivness? maby convert +1Block to +2% Sheild Effectivness?</p>
