[Bug] Kindered Restoration still is not triggering properly

<p>I just got back from vacation yesterday and it was one of the first things I fixed.  So it should be showing up on Test in the next few days.</p>

<p>Is the Cleric version, Allied Prayers, working correctly?  I'd check test myself, but I don't have the hard disk space for it right now.</p>
