I thought deflection % meant attacks were either deflected or not. In the TSO brawler tier, Aversion says increases Minimum deflection amount. Can someone plz explains this?

Thank u very much.

Minimum deflection chance is exactly that its your minimum chance to deflect an attack. What happens is that against weaker mobs around or below your level you have a much higher chance to deflect attacks. As the mobs get higher level though like the higher yellow and orange con mobs your deflection goes down quickly. If your base chance then is lower than your minimum it will then default to your minimum chance amount. This keeps deflection in line with shields and the deflection modifiers will also increase the minimum chance like shield effectiveness increases the chance to block.

No, + deflection is different from + minimum deflection chance.
